The situation
Every new patient touched four systems and two spreadsheets before anyone could book them in.
What we did
One intake surface, an automation layer behind it, and a small internal dashboard so staff can see what the system did on their behalf.
Where it landed
Front desk staff went back to talking to patients instead of retyping them.
